Circus Workshops

If you are looking for something to brighten up your children's party, summer fete, community event, festival or any other event your are holding for both children and adults then look no further.

There is something for everyone in a circus workshop.  We teach juggling with balls and clubs, diablo, plate spinning, stilt walking, hula hooping, unicycling and balance ball.

There are many benefits of a circus workshop you can gain the confidence that learning a new skill brings, promoting health and fitness through exercise as well as promoting positive mental health, a circus workshop encourages people to laugh, engage, work together and have fun, a great way to reduce stress.

Workshops provide the opportunity to develop problem solving skills and improve balance and agility.  Juggling is a great 'brain gym' exercise, this is acknowledges as one of the best activities that make both sides of the brain work simultaneously together.  This is proven to be massively beneficial to the human brain in terms of literacy and numeracy skills as well as emotional well being.

Circus in general has great benefits for those that partake in it as well as being a whole lot of fun.
